Well, technically all N_Taii needs to do is that he needs to create a story for HC4 that does not revolve around 1 singular female character so that nobody can overshadow the rest of the cast (like obviously Rose in HC3), not entirely like in HC2 but he definitely did a much better job at balancing Celis and Aywin's importance in that game.

A story that is a bit more separated from the female cast and where they're more or less equally involved in it is the best that we can hope for, if we don't want another Cyanna that is.

I don't really care how N_Taii labels them as long as their quests are mandatory and as long as he stops at 3, i do think that 4 girls is better overall, but i don't know how doable that would be with the improved pixel sprites. We're almost on a bi-montly release schedule already with all the different custon aminations, multiple freeroams that are borderline mini-scenes, 2 separate PoVs, mini stories etc., i really don't want HC4 to divide itself between 4 different women, especially when i think how further we could be in HC3's story and how many more scenes there would be for the others if Lily didn't exist.

Although what i really want from HC4 is a different family dynamic between the characters altogether, we've been playing as a young MC that is between the age of 18 and 20 for three games in a row now, just like how we've had a (step)sister that's the same age as us, or how we've had a middle aged mother and a childhood friend.

I REALLY want HC4 to have an MC that is like a middle aged man with an already established family, like a wife that's the same age Aywin, or a daughter that's the same age as Rose or Cyanna, maybe even a second daugher that's around the same age as the first one, or a sister who's married to a guy like Goras's son from HC2, she would also be like an Aunt to your kid(s), or we could stick with the ol' reliable mother character, however since the MC is a middle aged man with an adult child, that mother would be like in her late 50s or something, with a few gray locks of hair here and there, or i guess if N_Taii decides to go back and make an elven family like he did in HC2 then that mother doesn't even necessarily have to look older than the wife i guess.

It would be great if they added a button on the main screen to jump between day and night, because the truth is that it is quite annoying to have to go to your room every time just to be able to do this.

My view is that there should be a main cast and a secondary cast, however the secondary cast shouldn't be relegated to side quests. Their content should still be mandatory.

You say its boring because Ulrod is not an interesting character, but I would say its more because Cyanna is not that close to protag.

Ok, i missed the part were you said that you don't like overly abusive Ulrod and realistically not happy Cyanna. That i can relate to. But I think it will soon be fixed. I mean porn rules - all girls are masochists, they just don't know it yet.

1733583947051.png I have the hypothesis that later on, the Duke will seek to accuse Leto of being a traitor, just like Zeno did with Noa in HC2, and somehow they will use that ocarina that Shanni gave to Leto to be able to attack the tribe.

Yeah, I can put up with Ulrod being a boring character so long as the scenes aren't depressing. I find all of the male characters outside of the duke boring. Jazon is a basic bitch man whore and the magic shop owner is a bog standard creepy older boss. But the content of the scenes makes up for that. The content of Cyanna's scenes don't. Most of her scenes are either coerced or guilt trips and even now that her corruption has set in they're still not fun. I understand why, of course, as it's the nature of her character and the fact that Rose, Lily, and Haylen were given the choice to being their corruption while Cyanna's began with guilt, emotional abuse, and coercion, but the fact that her character hasn't evolved along with her corruption as the rest of the women have makes it hard to enjoy her content. Since replacing Ulrod with a different partner leading to scenes she enjoys isn't likely, my hope is that she kind of just has a "If we're going to do this we're doing it my way." moment soon and things turn around for her.

Well I love Cyanna and Haylen content would have loved even more if they had some scenes with Duke somehow but I know that probably wont happend for Lore reasons because it would break story. Still girl can have hopes ;)

but the logical thing would be that in the future we have Cyanna-duke scenes, because the duke has already shown us the dominance he has over Uldro, when he asks him if he would kill Cyanna if he gave him the order to do so, and the son of a bitch, although he hesitates for a moment, answers yes, so the logical thing is that in the future the duke reaffirms this fact by having sex with Cyanna.

someone for whom I truly feel bad is lily, my friend, she is very proud, and that pride is what has led her to work tirelessly to show others that her species is more than a simple mockery that cannot achieve anything on its own, but it is also what caused her downfall, her inability to accept the help of those who were there for her without expecting anything in return and only wanting to see her happy, and of those people I am referring largely to leto.

Triple Trident is a pure side quest. It may wrap up in its own little NTR storyline, but it won't impact the main game.

Well, despite being a raging NTR fan, I successfully managed to put off playing HC3 for two years despite being a fan of one and two.

Just got up to speed over the last two weeks and I've gotta say this is definitely his best work yet.

The descent is slow, with the right ebbs and flows. No one feels like a moron. The girls are all great.

Most importantly, none of the 'villains' are giving away their hardfought girls in stupid orgies. I hate those scenes. It feels so... wasteful. Why would some ugly bastard who's been after a girl for years want to see her be fucked by a bunch of other dudes and 'ruined'?

Regular people don't like engaging in threesomes with other dudes.

Tangent aside, I'm just sad that I'm now all caught up.

You are right after all there was similiar scene in Henteria Chronicles 2 where "Antagonists" switched their capture targets during a few scenes so its possible Duke will fuck Cyanna. Unfortunately Haylen is totally out of reach. I dont mind Ulrod or Jazon they lack a character bit for my taste but maybe in future updates things will get better with them BUT for now character wise Duke is my love interest <3

Yeah, the catch 22 of Haylen and Lily being optional is that they'll never interact with the main plot in a meaningful way unless N_Taii is willing to commit to making multiple versions of story content that accommodates for their level of corruption. This is obvious with how their content is planned for update 17. They'll be fucking in the background and in some form of free roam as opposed to getting their own scenes as that will allow N_Taii to more easily accommodate for whether or not not the player has done their content. It's a shame, but it's understandable since they are not mandatory.

Yes it makes sense afterall like you said Haylen and Lily are not mandatory side characters to main plot line Meanwhile Rose and Cyanna are tied to main plotline so there is bigger chance for Cyanna to have scene with a Duke rather than Haylen :/ I will hope atleast for that
